We welcome all guests aged 18 and above to visit the Heineken Experience. Our goal is to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for every visitor.
Please note that while our historic building is accessible, it is not the most wheelchair-friendly. Although all tour rooms can be visited, our Brew Room has two levels, with the bottom level accessible only by stairs. Additionally, the canal boats for 'Rock the City' and 'Heineken Flagship Cruise' combination tickets are not wheelchair accessible.
For guests who are unable to independently navigate through the museum, please contact service.experience@heineken.com for further information.
The Heineken Experience is a member of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower programme. Our staff can offer guidance and understanding to wearers of the Sunflower as needed.
For our guests with mobility challenges, we recommend visiting during our quieter hours Sunday – Thursday 10:30 – 14:00 to allow for easier access to our lifts and facilities.
There are accessible lifts (or ramps) to bring you to each floor of the Heineken Experience. All lifts/ramps are 1000mm x 669 mm or larger.
Limited seating is available in the entrance area and on the rooftop. There are no seating areas during the tour, however wheelchairs are available to use during your visit and can be requested from our friendly colleagues upon arrival.
Guide dogs and medical alert service dogs are welcome at the Heineken Experience.
Our free audio guide provides both audio and written storytelling and can be easily accessed from your own mobile phone. Additionally, we are happy to offer your own interpreter a free ticket to join you.
A visit to the Heineken Experience includes a number of features with both flashing lights and sound.
